Refund policy
Please choose carefully. We do not provide refunds for change of mind or incorrect selection.
You may request a return or exchange where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown, or do not perform as expected.
All returns must be in original condition, unopened and unused (unless faulty). Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.
To request a return, email customers@discounthairproducts.com.au quoting your order number and attach a photo or short video of the issue.
HAIRCARE & CONSUMABLE PRODUCTS
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, consumable products (such as shampoo, conditioner, treatments, combs, brushes and similar items) cannot be returned if opened or used, except where faulty.
If a product arrives damaged, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
ELECTRICAL PRODUCTS (e.g. Hair Trimmers, Styling Tools)
Most electrical items are covered by manufacturer warranties. Warranty terms, coverage period, and repair processes are determined by the manufacturer.
We may assist in lodging a warranty claim. Postage to and from our warehouse or manufacturer is generally the customer's responsibility.
Warranty does not apply to items intentionally damaged, misused, or damaged due to user error.
CONDITION OF SALE
Discount Hair Products provides a back-to-base warranty process. Postage costs to return goods are generally the responsibility of the customer. If a claim is accepted, Discount Hair Products covers sending any repaired or replacement product back to you.
